  - Choice of party location (Creek-Side or Kids Zone)
• 1 Hour time for setup
• Free cleanup!
• Full access to the farm (Kids Zone, Creek-side Play, and Petting Animals)

• Use of Blackstone Grill/Propane (must reserve ahead of time)

• Access to electricity and water
• Feed cups for each child

  - A mix of 6' tables, picnic tables, chairs, and canopies for shade/light rain (depending on your party size, not every person is guaranteed a seat, except the elderly)
